Running a fitness and wellbeing business, a huge part of my ensemble is being fit. This is more of a personal mindset rather than a physical manifestation. The way I view fitness is 20% physical and the rest mental stability. Having a degree in Psychology and many years of playing sports, I've spent most of my life trying to figure out how to balance my physical and mental strength, with age I've realised the importance of conditioning both.
